Ethics Advisory Board for the European Health Data and Evidence Network

1st January 2018

The European Health Data & Evidence Network (EHDEN), is an IMI 2 consortium with 22 partners which is operating in Europe over five years, 2018 – 2024. It was launched to address the current challenges in generating insights and evidence from real-world clinical data at scale, to support patients, clinicians, payers, regulators, governments, and the pharmaceutical industry in understanding wellbeing, disease, treatments, outcomes and new therapeutics and devices. The ethics advisory board provides guidance on questions related to data ethics and public involvement in this project.
